Each Race-spec harness is constructed using aerospace grade Tefzel wire for maximum heat resistance and flexibility, protected with Raychem DR-25 heat shrink and sealed with Raychem boots and adhesives for long-term durability from all elements. We use motorsport grade connectors like Deutsch, Autosport, and Mil-spec chosen for their precision fit and reliability in high-vibration motorsport environments. Every connection includes proper crimping, strain relief, and labeling to make installation and service as clean as possible.
